PUBLIC POLICY 2020

The next issue of our magazine (volume 4, number 2 for 2020) will be dedicated to the topic "COVID-19 and socio-political changes: challenges and opportunities in the new reality".

Possible topics:

· "Don't leave the room": political and philosophical problems of total (self)isolation;
· Remote work, online learning, and the growth of Internet communications during the period of quarantine/self-isolation – what can be learned from this experience?
· How do States use epidemics to tighten the political regime?
· Pandemic as a challenge to modern education: University space or virtual environment?
· How the epidemic is destroying the state: new challenges and possible answers;
· Universal control: the danger of a police state;
· Solidarity versus selfishness: where will the ideological pendulum swing now?
